When you purchase a work through Dyman Gallery, here’s what happens behind the scenes:
- Condition reporting. Every work is photographed and documented before it leaves us, so there’s a clear record of its state at time of despatch.
- Custom packaging. Depending on the medium, size, and fragility of the work, JLog prepares appropriate packaging — from acid-free wrapping and foam-lined boxes to full timber crates for larger pieces.
- Tracked, insured delivery. All shipments are tracked end-to-end and covered by specialist fine art insurance in transit. You receive tracking updates throughout.
- Installation guidance. For collectors receiving large or complex works, JLog’s team can advise on safe unpacking and installation.
